We are seeking someone who is passionate about cooking, takes pride in consistency and quality, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a morning position , offering a great work-life balance while working in one of Marin County's premier waterfront restaurants. Schedule Wednesday through Friday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM Opportunity for additional shifts on Saturdays and Sundays Part-time position with the potential for additional hours Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to restaurant standards. Set up, stock, and maintain the grill station before and during service. Ensure proper cooking temperatures, portioning, and presentation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Work efficiently during lunch service while maintaining consistency and quality. Assist with prep work and support other kitchen stations as needed. Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures. Qualifications Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant. Experience working on a grill station is preferred. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Ability to work well as part of a team. Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
