Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties What You’ll Do Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient Provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of physicians and office leadership Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records Administer medications and injections safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation (medication, dosage, route, lot number, and patient response) Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical/family history Answer patient phone calls, assist with questions, and route messages to providers efficiently Support smooth clinic operations while maintaining professionalism and compassion What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Active LPN license in the state of Virginia Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑first mindset Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed Join the Bayview Difference At Bayview Physicians Group, your skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your work has purpose.
