Job Summary As we expand our Logistics and Warehouse Operations in Raleigh, NC, we are building a talent pool for various roles. We are seeking hardworking individuals to fill positions such as Warehouse Workers, General Labor, Warehouse Coordinators, Picker/Packers, Forklift Operators, Warehouse Clerks, Inventory Specialists, and Sorters. Key Positions & Responsibilities Warehouse Workers: Perform various tasks to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing shipments. General Labor Assist with general tasks as needed, supporting the overall warehouse efficiency and productivity. Warehouse Coordinators Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards. Picker/Packers Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring quality and timeliness. Forklift Operators Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse. Warehouse Clerks Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments, and assist with administrative tasks. Inventory Specialists Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular counts and audits to ensure accuracy. Sorters Sort and organize incoming and outgoing products, ensuring proper handling and labeling. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome entry‑level candidates. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting. Forklift certification is a plus for forklift operator positions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and stand for extended periods.
