Auto Body EstimatorBurns Collision Center - Marlton, NJ Immediate OpeningBurns Collision Center is currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a candidate who is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can manage repairs from initial estimate through delivery.We are a dealership-supported collision center with consistent workflow. Our business is driven by our existing customer base and support from four affiliated dealerships, which allows us to rely far less on DRP work and maintain greater control over the repair process.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONEReview vehicle damage with customers and explain the repair processCommunicate with insurance companies and adjusters as neededManage supplements and update repair plans throughout the processWork closely with technicians to ensure proper repair executionMaintain organized documentation, photos, and repair filesOversee the repair process from intake through final deliveryQualificationsPrior experience as an Auto Body Estimator requiredStrong understanding of collision repair procedures and partsProficiency with CCC ONE requiredROME experience preferredAbility to manage multiple repair orders in a high-volume shopStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver's licenseWork EnvironmentHigh-volume operation averaging 250+ repair orders per monthConsistent workflow supported by four dealership locationsOffice and shop are primarily staffed with long-tenured employeesClean, modern facility with established processesCompensation & Benefits$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experienceBonus/commission opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany Paid Life Insurance PolicyCareer growth opportunitiesAdditional InformationImmediate need for this positionReduced reliance on DRP work due to strong dealership and customer baseStable, long-term opportunity within a dealership-backed operation
