Shady Grove Medical Center Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Certified Scrub Tech II for our Surgical Services Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Certified Scrub Tech II You Will Assists the Surgical Team in providing a safe, appropriate, and culturally aware patient care Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies Prepare the Operation Room with all the necessary supplies Properly sterilize required instruments and supplies Serve as surgical assistant as needed Assist in order and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments Qualifications Include High school or GED required Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified 1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Cardiac Scrub Tech Experience strongly preferred for WOMC Work Schedule Employment Type: Full-time Hours per Week: 36 - 40 hrs/week Typical Daily Schedule : 4, 10-hour shifts, 5, 8-hour shifts or 3, 12-hour shifts Shift Type : Varies Weekend Requirements: Required on call Holiday Requirements: Required/On-call/Follow company holiday calendar On-Call: Yes Shift Differential Eligible : Yes Pay Range : $29.08 - $42.17 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
