Training and Development Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to join their team. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will be part of the Organizational Development (OD) Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Department, ensuring seamless logistics for development programs and solutions.
Support the New Associate Orientation (NAO) Program by managing scheduling, logistics, and material readiness with a focus on quality and consistency.
Maintain and support the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating rosters, participant evaluations, and training records.
Track budgets, process vendor invoices, and collaborate with budget owners to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and vendors, managing requests related to registrations, rescheduling, and reporting with professionalism and timeliness.
What's Needed?
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative role.
At least two years of administrative experience, preferably within a Training and Development Group
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Lists, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to create processes, checklists, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
