Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls (HYBRID)

Branch Support Analyst – Licensing & Controls Responsibilities Provide high‑level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records. Function as an information resource and quality control. Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs. Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, appointment renewals and contracting updates for candidates. Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with an on‑site presence of 2–3 days per week, combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $42,000–$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, the role includes performance‑based incentives such as base salary increases, spot bonuses and short‑term incentive compensation programs. Strong work ethic, reliable and innovative. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and prioritizing in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Great organizational skills. Good team player and willingness to learn additional support functions as needed. Proficient knowledge of word‑processing and spreadsheet applications. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Insurance licensing. Bachelor’s degree. 1+ years experience in the Finance or Insurance industry. Skills Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to complete tasks with high precision. Customer service management; knowledge of customer service priorities and ability to utilize tools and techniques for maintaining an excellent service environment. Data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report results during daily work. Effective communications; ability to transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs using appropriate communication behaviors. Insurance legal and regulatory environment; knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations and ability to comply with them in insurance industry practices and activities.
