You'll lead a team, make staffing decisions, and ensure production goals are met—all while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Supply Chain or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.Knowledge of OSHA Standards, USDA, HACCP and EPA Regulations.Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.Knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing software, Inventory software, Microsoft Office SuiteHas the flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed to make a broader impact.May be required to travel up to 5% of the time.Other skills that make you stand out:Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.Bilingual a plus.Good oral and written communication skillsProvides leadership and guidance to employees in the Warehouse.
