Senior Litigation Associate

Who You Are You have a J.D. from an accredited law school and are admitted to the New York Bar You have 7+ years of commercial litigation or complex litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Confident managing high-value matters independently while collaborating with partners Trial experience is a plus What You’ll Do Manage litigation matters through all phases, from pleadings and discovery through resolution Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Develop case strategy, conduct legal research, and draft persuasive briefs and motions Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintainstrong client relationships Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the litigation team What Success Looks Like Litigation matters are handled strategically and efficiently Clients receive responsive, practical legal counsel Strong advocacy drives successful case outcomes The litigation teambenefitsfrom collaboration, mentorship, and high-quality work Salary Range $175,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience Location Brooklyn, NY – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
