Job Family Group: Retail Banking Sales & Service Responsibilities Build and manage an assigned portfolio of mass‑affluent clients across multiple branch locations. Act as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide meaningful solutions in compliance with regulatory policies. Use a consultative sales process to develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Proactively work with the customer portfolio to uncover needs, provide solutions, and identify additional sales opportunities. Recommend products, pricing, and services; link customers to business partner experts; acquire new assets and new client acquisition. Collaborate with branch business partners to identify target customers and create a calling plan. Review credit applications, recommend remedies, and maintain acceptable asset and credit quality. Execute quality customer review meetings for retention and relationship expansion. Participate in the community to identify prospects, establish referral relationships, and build centers of influence. Provide individual and group training to branch personnel to enhance knowledge of mass‑affluent client solutions. Educate clients about digital banking options and guide the use of digital and self‑serve technologies. Liaise with internal departments for product support and solve problems within given rules. Follow security and safeguarding procedures and maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Monitor exception reports and take action to remove exceptions. Qualifications 4–6 years of relevant experience; post‑secondary degree preferred. Proven experience in a financial services organization with knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management. SIE Exam, Series6, 63, 65, and state Life and Health insurance licenses required; Series7, 66, or 65 licenses preferred. Licenses must be obtained within 120days if not already held. Advanced understanding of deposits, loans (including mortgage), banking products, cash‑flow analysis, lending processes, credit risk policies, and related legal and regulatory requirements. Excellent understanding of brokerage and insurance products. Proficiency in business services, including retirement plans, business banking solutions, insurance, and succession planning. Excellent knowledge of personal trust and investment management. In‑depth client portfolio management knowledge. Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience. In‑depth verbal and written communication skills. In‑depth collaboration and teamwork skills. In‑depth analytical and problem‑solving skills. In‑depth influence skills. Data‑driven decision‑making capabilities. Benefits Salary range: $63,300.00 – $117,200.00 (Salaried). Salary may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications and may include a commission structure.
