Tent Department Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the installation, warehousing, and crew management of the largest tent inventory in the Ohio market. No prior tenting experience is required, but is an added plus—we value leadership above all. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule the tent crew; oversee hiring, promotions, and department discipline. Operations: Lead complex field installations and ensure all safety procedures/playbooks are followed. Logistics: Assist with inventory efficiency and operate company vehicles (26' box trucks and trailers). Collaboration: Participate in weekly sales/ops meetings and quarterly planning sessions; report directly to the COO. Requirements & Expectations Schedule: 40–45 hours (off-season); 45–50+ hours (peak season) with occasional evenings/weekends. Skills: Proven people management skills and a valid driver’s license.
