Work Model: Hybrid – approximately 6 days/month onsite

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to independently manage accounting processes, analyze complex issues, and support process improvements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting processes, projects, and daily deliverables.
Analyze financial and operational issues and identify effective solutions.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Monitor workflows, identify risks, and ensure accurate and timely results.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with accounting/finance operations or transaction processing.
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end processes.
Experience with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration preferred.
