Collector Seeking professional, customer service oriented individuals who would like to utilize their collection, billing and insurance knowledge. Desired Skills Excellent ability to establish rapport with people from diversified backgrounds to ascertain payment on their account Working knowledge of medical billing as well as medical terminology (e.g., co‑pays, deductible) Effective in analyzing data and utilizing problem‑solving techniques Duties Calling insurance companies to verify coverage Expediting payments through insurance carriers Utilizing skip‑tracing techniques to locate debtors Maintaining a minimum of 85‑100 calls per day Knowledge of FDCPA and HIPAA laws (training provided) We offer a competitive salary, commission plan and comprehensive benefits, including 401K.
