Contracts Manager

Strong experience in contract drafting, review, redlining, negotiation, and execution across various commercial agreements. Ability to identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, amendments, expirations, and contract repository maintenance. Collaborate closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Business stakeholders to drive timely contract closure. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, governance requirements, and regulatory standards. Track and report contract performance metrics, SLA compliance, and key contractual milestones. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and document management systems. Ability to manage multiple high-priority contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on contract management for best practices. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous process improvements and enhance contracting efficiencies.
