Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Head of HR to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute human resources strategies that align with overall business objectives across regions.
Partner with executive leadership to support organizational planning talent strategy and workforce initiatives.
Lead and mentor human resources leaders while fostering collaboration and strong team performance.
Oversee employee relations matters by providing guidance on complex situations and risk management.
Drive process improvements by building scalable programs systems and policies that support growth.
15+ years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles.
Demonstrate expertise in organizational design talent management and change initiatives.
Possess strong experience working with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices across multiple regions.
Use human resources systems and data tools effectively to support reporting and analysis.
Build and strengthen high performing teams while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Apply strategic thinking to translate business goals into practical human resources initiatives.
Analyze workforce data to guide planning decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Bring advanced education certification or experience in global environments considered beneficial.
