Seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational abilities.

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide administrative support to agency staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience
- bilingual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous employers
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
