The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Cadillac seeking experienced Quality Supervisors. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• Develops, implements, and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conducts internal audits and manages corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Analyzes quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Investigates and resolves complex quality issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product development and process changes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software
• Project management experience, particularly in process improvement initiatives
• Multilingual, especially in languages relevant to the workforce or customer base
