Lockton seeks an Employee Benefits Senior Financial Analyst to join the Analytics & Insights team in Phoenix. You will prepare and maintain routine financial reports, assist in pricing and trend models, and contribute to cost management strategies for client health benefits. Ideal candidates have a business-related BA, 1–3 years in data analysis or financial reporting, strong Excel skills, and willingness to learn advanced modeling.
