Associate - Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate attorney for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong interest in benefits and executive compensation, general corporate, and/or tax law. Duties Conduct legal research and analysis. Advise clients on benefits and employment issues, focusing on health and welfare benefits. Guide clients on benefits and compensation‑related matters, including plan design, implementation, compliance, corrections, amendments, and terminations. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience. Strong academic record. Excellent interpersonal communication, research, analytical, and writing skills. Professional and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Arizona or eligibility for admission.
