Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration. * Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers and probate filings. * Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information. * Communicate with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates. * Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines. Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field. * Paralegal certification. * Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued. * At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm. * Strong writing, research, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
