Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert
Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert to join their team. As a Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of the Innovation and Digital Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Develop and implement a Microsoft Copilot proof of concept across a multi-tenant enterprise environment.
- Design and oversee the technical architecture for Copilot integration within Microsoft 365 applications.
- Partner with security, compliance, legal, and business units to ensure secure, measurable, and aligned outcomes.
- Lead user adoption strategies, develop training materials, and facilitate enablement initiatives.
- Produce executive dashboards and strategic recommendations for scaling solutions.
What's Needed?
- 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 engineering or architecture with multi-tenant exposure.
- Hands-on experience deploying Copilot for Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and data governance.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview policies, data lifecycle management, and compliance tools.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, Graph connectors, and security-by-design principles.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing complex POCs and stakeholder engagement.
