Technical Support Engineer
Hybrid remote - Cleveland, Ohio
Hourly contractor, ongoing, no end date
Previous contractor converted to employee
$20 to $32 per hour W2

Position
•Technical support for end-users, infrastructure, and cabling
•Mix of in-office, on-site at customers, and work-from-home
•Support via phone, chat, email, and in-person

Looking for
•Technical Support, troubleshooting
•Empathy during customer communication
•Ability to pass a criminal background check
•Good communicator via phone, video calls, chat, and email
•Exposure to Meraki, RingCentral, Ubiquiti / UniFi, Brivo, Eagle Eye
