Position Summary Our Global IT Team is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities Provide first‑line support to the end‑user community with technology‑related questions or concerns. Receive queries via telephone, email, third‑party vendors, or walk‑ups and log them in the team’s service desk management tool. Take ownership of support tickets, investigate, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently. Escalate incidents as needed while exercising sound judgement on security, compliance, and policy matters. Use document management systems to support user requests (preferred). Qualifications Minimum of three years’ computer‑operations experience, preferably in a Windows or other client/server environment. Proficient with MS Office products and document management support. Experience with client‑server networks (Windows environment, specifically) and other network topologies. Strong technical and problem‑solving skills. Schedule & Compensation This is a non‑exempt position. Scheduled hours: Monday through Friday, 11 am to 7 pm ET, with periodic overtime, evening, and holiday hours.
