Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Are you a hands-on technical professional who excels at maximizing machine uptime? We are immediately hiring skilled machine operators / production setup technicians to run and maintain high-speed manufacturing lines. Your responsibilities:

- Machine setup: efficiently execute setups and tooling changeovers on production machines (e.g., stamping, assembly, injection molding, etc.) according to job specifications and procedural guidelines.
- Operation and monitoring: competently operate production machinery, feeding materials and monitoring machine cycles, speeds, and temperatures to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve basic machine faults, jams, or process deviations during the production run to minimize downtime.
- Quality control: perform routine in-process inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to ensure all components meet established quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintenance support: conduct basic preventative maintenance and machine cleaning to keep equipment running smoothly throughout the shift.
