Pay Rate: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 gross per week

Number of Positions: 1

Start Date: 10/26

Travel: Client covers RT flight, has onsite lodging, company cars for contractors to use.

Length: 13 wks - 26 wks

Schedule:

**3-day Orientation a few days prior to coverage dates**

10/26-10/29 on the island for training/orientation

10/30-12/1 in the village clinic

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• opportunities for more dates to be picked up!!



Call Requirements:

• After-hours call required
• Rarely called back in
• Contractors get $50/day beeper fee
• 1.5x hourly rate if they get called back in

Additional Details

• General family practice and triage
• Occasional urgent care visits
• Assist physician with medevac coordination
• Average patient volume is 0-10 patients per day (low patient volume ; high acuity patients)
• Hospital they transfer to is the Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center

Experience:

• Be a licensed RN
• Be able to work independently
• Be able to work autonomously
• Have at least 2 yrs of RN experience
• Plus if they have worked for IHS before!

EMR: Cerner

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BLS

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

AK license

• Facility can wait for license
