In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting field technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as a key support function for the Service Manager.Duties & ResponsibilitiesField all service-related phone calls and efficiently schedule technicians to complete all required service work, tasks and preventative maintenance contractsNotify customers in advance to maintain our service schedulesMaintain accurate records of service activities, including service requests, work orders, and client communication · Allocate and schedule service technicians based on skill set, availability and geographic location to optimize service delivery and minimize response timeCreate SO's (service orders)Order necessary parts to fulfill service jobs and replenish inventory.Ensure job tickets include correct pricing information to support timely and accurate customer invoicing.Maintain comprehensive service records, including ISO documentation and calibration certificates.Request POs from customers when necessaryTrack technician expensesManage and update the technician call-out schedule to ensure appropriate coverageRequirementsQualifications & EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentProven initiative and positive attitudeHighly dependable and reliableAbility to work overtime when requiredAbility to pass a drug test and background checkStrong computer skills including ERP systems, Word, and ExcelPreferred SkillsStrong multitasking abilityExcellent organizational skillsService-related or dispatch backgroundWorking knowledge of INFOR, ISO/Quality Management SystemPosition Type & ScheduleFull-time positionMonday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or operate tools and equipment. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
