Job Description Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other real estate documents. Guide transactions from initial review through closing. Review title matters and help identify and resolve issues affecting transactions. Communicate directly with clients, lenders, title professionals, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties. Provide practical legal guidance on real estate matters and transaction requirements. Manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy and meeting critical deadlines. Help deliver responsive, client-focused service throughout every stage of a transaction. Qualifications 1+ year of directly relevant real estate law experience. JD from an accredited law school. New York Bar admission and good standing. Working knowledge of real estate transactions and related legal documents. Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines. Must be able to work on-site in Tonawanda, NY.
