Our Springfield, MO facility performs manufacturing operations for biological storage units.The Welder performs a wide variety of welding operations in the creation and development of items in assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. They determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in such actions and make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.**What You Will Do:*** Ensures that all welds meet quality assurance standards* Determines appropriate welds per specifications* Efficiently and effectively manages time and resources.* Various other duties as necessary**What You Will Bring:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Welding School Degree/Certificate highly preferred* Previous Welding Experience (MIG, TIG, etc.)**Position Requirements:*** The ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.* Above average math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately* Knowledge of basic shop tools* Good interpersonal and communication skills* Critical attention to detailJoin us and help enable life‐changing discoveries by keeping critical life science systems running reliably—every day.**If any applicant is unable to complete an application or respond to a job opening because of a disability, please email at** **View email address on click.appcast.io** **for assistance.
