Well-Being Programs Specialist (Health & Engagement)

Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Health Science, Public Health, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or related field 2+ years of experience in employee well-being, health promotion, benefits administration, employee engagement, event coordination, or a related field Experience coordinating of events, campaigns, or employee-facing initiatives Experience designing effective marketing materials for events and activities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Ability to manage conflicting priorities and exhibit flexibility when work assignments or priorities change Client-centered focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with initiative and drive for results Strong interpersonal skills; must possess the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strong communication skills, including writing and editing abilities Demonstrated level of proficiency in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Dependable and although it’s not frequent, ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends for events and programs Ability to travel (approximately 10-15%) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with employee well-being platforms, incentive programs, or benefits-related applications Experience supporting communications campaigns, newsletters, intranet content, or employee marketing initiatives Experience working with external vendors and coordinating third-party services Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee well-being, health promotion, mental well-being, and workforce engagement Professional certifications such as CHES, ACSM, SHRM-CP, or similar are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Cenergy International Services
