Operations Manager

Sansom Staffing has partnered with a growing startup manufacturing company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for production, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and receiving while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production and warehouse operations.
Manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and material planning.
Develop and coach production and warehouse teams.
Improve processes, productivity, quality, and workflow.
Monitor inventory accuracy and supplier performance.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to support operations.
Partner with internal teams to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
Experience with production, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
