CTL Associate II

Job Overview The CTL Associate II performs a variety of routine and specialized/complex cellular therapy laboratory procedures and projects. The position communicates effectively with management regarding any processing, cell-based assays, or equipment issues, successfully troubleshoots basic processing, bioassays, and equipment issues, initiates SOP revisions, assists in ordering supplies, maintains inventories, and performs cell-based release testing assays including high complexity assays such as Chromium release cytotoxicity assay and ELISpot. Functional Accountabilities Consistently demonstrates adherence to the standards for the responsible conduct of research. Plans, conducts, and manages research projects within federal and institutional regulations and policies under the direction of the principal investigator. Uses research funds and resources appropriately. Maintains confidentiality of data as required. Meets all annual job‑related training and compliance requirements. Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in basic science or related field (Preferred). Minimum Work Experience 1 year (Required). Required Skills/Knowledge Ability to operate different flow cytometers.
