Office Admin / Billing Specialist Role Full-Time Position (M-F 8:00am – 4:00pm) Company: Prime NDT Services, Inc. Location: Strasburg, OH - On-site Department: Office Admin / Billing Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full billing and accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor/customer relations. Key Responsibilities Manage recurring weekly billing and invoicing Apply payment and process adjustments/refunds Handle customer billing inquiries and disputes Maintain accurate records in the billing/ERP systems Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding Purchase and Change orders for billing purposes. Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Process and verify vendor invoices for Accounts Payable. Prepare and process accounts payable payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls Prepare billing reports, invoices, and other documents Assist with HR functions including onboarding & record keeping Requirements High school diploma or equivalent

1. years of administrative or office management experience
2. years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong proficiency in billing software (Netsuite, SAP, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What We Offer Starting Pay: $21/hour (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime NDT Services, Inc.
