Job Summary

Allied National Services, a leading provider of facility maintenance services nationwide, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our corporate team.

This position will work closely with senior management and our operational teams to analyze business performance, identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and help ensure our national customer accounts are operating effectively and profitably.

The ideal candidate is business-minded, assertive, highly organized, and comfortable working with data while also understanding the people and processes behind the numbers. We are looking for someone who can identify a problem, determine why it is happening, and help develop a practical solution.

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports, scorecards, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Monitor customer account performance, including service activity, costs, margins, response times, and completion rates.
• Review business processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Analyze vendor and subcontractor costs, pricing, and performance.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and other business analysis.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, RFPs, and customer requirements to evaluate operational and financial impact.
• Evaluate company systems, workflows, and procedures and assist with implementing improved processes.
• Research and organize information to support management decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work confidently with large amounts of data.
• Strong business judgment and ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in business analysis, operations, finance, facilities management, or a related environment is preferred.

This position requires someone who is comfortable digging into the details while understanding the bigger picture . The successful candidate will help Allied use data and operational insight to make better decisions, improve performance, and support continued growth.
