Client: Female | doubleamputee | Assist with ADL's | light housekeeping|cats/birds | transportation Client: Male | Parkinson's \ Assist with ADL's Client: 10yo boy |Down's | FeedingTube | Leg Braces Shifts: M-F 7:30A-9:30A and 3P-5P Male client- | dementia |assist with all ADL's Shifts: T/W/F 1p - 3p Maplewood: Female client -Assist with ADL's | transportation Shifts:10A-2P Mon/Sat. and Daily Sun-Sat 4pm-7pm Apple Valley: Client: Female/Parkinson's | Assist with ADL's and toileting Minneapolis: Clients: 3 and 4 year old boys |care after school to bedtime | play/entertain boys | help to self-regulate behaviors | meal prep | clean up after dinner/dishes | Assist with bedtime/bath/dressing | parent in the home during care Shifts: 2:30P-7:30P Mon-Thu $23-$25/hour Wayzata/Plymouth: Male/Female clients in Wayzata - Alzheimer's | Parkinson's |ADL's | couple lives in a memory care facilty Why Work With Us We consider you a member of the Promise Care family. Our Values: Integrity Humanity and Grace Job Description: HHAs provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.We also support children and teenagers who are uanable to care for themselves and need support to navigate school and life. Home care may include, but are not exclusive to: light housecleaning meal preparation transportation companionship household activities. HHAs are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance. Pass a state background check. Pass a drug screening test.
