Located in the heart of Morton Grove, IL, our office serves individuals, families, and small businesses across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. Led by Agent Mae Trongkamsataya, our mission is to provide personal, caring service while offering a full range of insurance products — including Auto, Home, Life, Health, Renters, Business, and Pet Insurance. We are proud to serve customers in English, Spanish, Burmese, Thai, and Vietnamese, and are known for our responsiveness, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere.

As an Insurance Sales and Service Representative, you will support the agency's growth by providing expert guidance, tailored insurance recommendations, and excellent customer service. You will play a key role in helping our clients manage risk and recover from the unexpected.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and Business policies
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
• Assist with billing questions, policy changes, and claims support
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads and opportunities
• Achieve sales and service goals set by the agency
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Property & Casualty Insurance License (Able to obtain) Insurance agency experience (preferred but not needed) Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese) a plus Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and CRM systems Reliable, professional, and goal-driven

Office Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 9am–6pm Thursday: 9am–6pm Friday: 9am–5pm After-hours and weekend appointments by request Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
