Proactively investigating and adjusting highly complex claims, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster III will ensure claims are handled within authority limits while serving as a resource for training and mentoring less experienced adjusters. Key responsibilities Investigate and perform adjustments on complex claims, ensuring compliance with standard procedures Assist in training new adjusters and identify trends or problems related to claims adjustments Support customer service efforts by handling phone calls and ensuring corporate goals are met Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 7 years of claims experience with a comprehensive understanding of relevant systems and procedures Ability to analyze information and recognize trends related to claims adjustments Experience in mentoring and guiding less experienced staff Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands effectively
