Teksystems is currently hiring for a Telehealth Technology Coordinator in the White Marsh/Baltimore County area!

MUST HAVE: 1-3 years of healthcare experience, administrative healthcare experience, or recent bachelor's degree with an interest in healthcare.

MUST be able to work one of the following shifts: Monday- Friday 11:30 AM- 8 PM. OR Friday- Tuesday 3:30 PM- 12:00 PM, Off Weds/Thursday.

POSITION PURPOSE:

.The Telehealth Technology Coordinator (TTC) supports the efficiency, ease of use and reliability of telehealth and other connected care programs that occur in or originate from facility.

- The TTC will bring telehealth devices to a patient’s bedside and facilitate such activities as teleconsultation with remote providers (e.g. palliative care, hepatologists, intensivists, ethics), inpatient remote rounding, family video visits with or without the care team, virtual interpreting services, post discharge remote monitoring and all other current/future inpatient telehealth related initiatives.

- TTC’s will also work with Information Services to track, troubleshoot, manage and maintain telehealth devices, ensuring optimal patient & staff experience.

- This position works with hospital leadership, including the CNO, VPMA, CNIO & Director of Patient Experience.

- This position also works closely with, as well as under the direction of the MedStar Telehealth Innovation Center leadership, in strategic planning, creating and implementing patient experience initiatives, optimizing administrative and clinical telehealth-related workflows, and helping with growth projects on behalf.

- Position will have data entry/support responsibilities and in person patient interaction!

These functions are performed in accordance with MedStar Health’s philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.

Supports the efficiency, ease of use and reliability of telehealth and other connected care programs that occur in or originate from a Health facility. Provides prompt, professional, compassionate patient and consumer support. In collaboration with the care team, coordinates and manages efficient patient flow using telemedicine practices. Works under the direction of the Telehealth Innovation Center and works closely with hospital leadership, including but not limited to, Nursing, Provider and Patient Experience. These functions are performed in accordance with philosophy, policies, procedures, and

standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-1-3 years of medical administrative experience

- Associates Degree Preferred not required

-tech savvy with ALL Microsoft Suite such as word, excel, outlook, etc.

-Comfortable in a Patient Facing role as they will have to go into rooms and meet with patients. They will have the proper PPE so that shouldn't be a problem

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Baltimore,MD.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 13, 2026.
