Accounting Assistant / HR Location: Naples, FL (On-site) Industry: Hospitality Background About Us We are a growing hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a motivated Accounting/HR Assistant to support both our accounting and HR functions in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Accounting / Finance Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements. Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits. Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (hospitality experience preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or accounting software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on‑site in Naples, FL.
