We offer live and on-demand professional development opportunities to grow your skillset and your career.What you can expectOrganize business requirements, document user stories, and support the Delivery teamEvaluate business processes against industry standards, identify improvements, and facilitate actionable changeIdentify and gather requirements in alignment with business goals and Salesforce buildDevelop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions during process improvementsCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare development user storiesCreate process flow diagrams to depict current and future state improvementsInterpret data schema diagrams to understand data relationships.What you'll bringBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology or related field5 years of related experience4 years of experience organizing and documenting business requirements, user stories and support Delivery team for Salesforce Multicloud platform4 years of experience evaluating existing business processes for all the standard and custom objects in Salesforce against organizational standards and identifying improvement opportunities through structured analysis and stakeholder workshops4 years of experience translating requirements into actionable user stories supporting Agile delivery for Salesforce multiple clouds4 years of experience creating current-state and future-state process flow diagrams to depict operational improvements and system-driven workflow changes in Salesforce or any other SAAS platformMust live within normal commuting distance of worksite.
