Program Manager II, Manufacturing Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

Enable and optimize product on-time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product specific levers.Manage the sourcing of tray products at global contract manufacturers.Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.Scale product capacity, materials, and processes.Collaborate with the manufacturing operations and planning teams to identify and drive opportunities to improve product OTD.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in program or project management.Experience with supply chain, capacity planning, materials management, or contract manufacturing.Experience in manufacturing operations.Preferred qualifications:2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.Experience with end-to-end supply chain operations.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. You will collaborate with the tray product/materials teams to oversee the manufacturing of trays, ensuring they meet customer demand, requirements, and delivery schedules.
