Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst

About the Role A blend of strategy and operational execution, the Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst partners with Renewals Leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on managing day‑to‑day operations of our forecasting process and driving enhancements across the motion. This role requires deep alignment with multiple levels of leaders within the Renewals Business and cross‑functional alignment with the Sales and Customer Success organizations. It supports the weekly forecasting process and is responsible for managing data and processes related to that motion. The individual will leverage data‑backed insights to improve forecasting tooling end‑to‑end, from requirements gathering to build to deployment, and will be highly detail‑oriented and impactful in helping leaders run their business. Key Responsibilities Manage the custom forecast hierarchy and tooling across Renewals. Own metric definitions and requirements for evaluating forecast performance. Continuously improve and automate data refreshes and the pipeline necessary to forecast efficiently. Monitor performance and adoption of forecasting assets. Create executive‑level presentations for operating unit and global leadership reviews. Partner with the Analytics team and perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (e.g., customer segmentation, participation, likelihood to churn). Required Experience 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, sales strategy, or business operations roles. Experience with forecasting, business analysis, process improvement, and data visualization. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; evaluation will consider core competencies such as extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, or professional experience. Required Skills Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling stories. Self‑starter with a high degree of motivation to exceed expectations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights. Intermediate or better mastery of Snowflake/SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. Intermediate or better mastery of tools such as Gemini and/or Claude. Beginner or better mastery of Tableau. Working knowledge of Salesforce. Flexible schedule; ability to work with global Renewals teams in different time zones. Compensation & Benefits In the United States, compensation for this role is determined by factors such as location, job level, and experience. The typical base salary range is $94,000‑$142,300 annually, or $112,900‑$155,200 in select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas. Compensation may also include incentive pay, equity, and benefits.
