As an Interior Designer with us, you'll have the autonomy to lead residential projects from start to finish, leaving your unique mark on every phase. In this role, you’ll drive design development and documentation, ensuring that ideas become a buildable reality. You'll collaborate with construction and project management teams to keep designs on track, maintaining the integrity of our brand. With a few years of residential design experience, you'll be comfortable managing client relationships and juggling multiple projects with ease.

Compensation:

• Salary range of $70,000 to $85,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for residential projects, ensuring each phase reflects the client's vision and our brand's quality.
• Develop and document design plans that seamlessly transition from concept to construction, ensuring buildability and aesthetic integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and translating their desires into tangible design solutions.
• Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure designs are executed on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and design excellence across all endeavors.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are met and address any issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and materials to bring innovative solutions to our projects and clients' needs.

Qualifications:

• Professional residential design experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through construction.
• Proficiency in space planning, FF&E specification, and residential design documentation via Chief Architect.
• Ability to interpret construction details and coordinate with technical teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Experience mentoring or overseeing junior design staff is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and attend required field visits.
