Certified Surgical Technician (CST) - Operating Room

Job Summary Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. Compensation $10,000 incentive bonus. Essential Functions Prep surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment and supplies. Ensure good working order of equipment and instruments. Perform role of scrub technician. Use principles of aseptic technique to establish and maintain a sterile field. Facilitate efficient completion of the surgery schedule. Licenses Certification for Surgical Technology with the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting. Competent in at least 3 specialty areas.
