Worksinwell-lighted/ventilated officeandtherapy areas. Sitting,standing,bending,liftingandmovingintermittentlyduringworkinghours. Subjecttofrequentinterruptions. Involvedwithpatients/residents,familymembers,personnel,etc.,underallconditions/circumstances. Subjecttohostileandemotionallyupsetpatients/residents,familymembers,etc. Communicates with the medical staff, nursing personnel, andother departmentsupervisors. Willingness to workbeyond normal working hours, and in otherpositions temporarily, whennecessary. Mustbeconstantlyalertforpatient's/resident'ssafety. Subject to falls, burns from equipment, infectious diseases, odors, etc., throughout theworkday. Subjecttolifting,carryingandsupportingpatients/residents. AbletotravelbetweenfacilitiesasindicatedbySupervisor. Mobilephoneuseisonlypermittedduringbreakandnonpaidallocatedlunchtimes.Phonesshouldbekeptonvibrateatalltimes.SPECIFICREQUIREMENTS
Completionofon-the-joborientationandtrainingprogram.PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS
Must be able to move (walk, stoop, bend, stand, sit push, pull and lift) intermittently throughoutthe workday. Must be able to speak the English languageinarunderstandablemanner. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional strains of the position.
