Infirmary Health

Phlebotomy Technician

Performs all phlebotomy procedures according to laboratory requirements to provide the lab with suitable specimens for testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position
Working knowledge of phlebotomy

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

American Heart Association BLS

Desired Qualifications:

Completion of a phlebotomy or medical assistant program
Working knowledge of hospital-based phlebotomy
ASPT or PBT (ASCP) certification
