Oncology Nurse Part Time Nights

Summary Seeking Registered Nurse! Job Description: Baptist Health Floyd, Oncology Unit Part-time (24 Hours Weekly), Nights (7pm-7am) Benefit Eligible Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. About the Unit: The Oncology Unit, also known as 2A, is a 10-bed unit that provides care to Chemotherapy/Cancer Support/Hospice/Telemetry/Post-Op patients. Nurses have the opportunity to build their skill set in a med/surg atmosphere while also developing specialty skills related to chemotherapy and oncology care.New Graduate LPNs and RNs are welcome. Qualifications: Current Indiana or compact state RN license. BLS for Healthcare Provider required. Chemo Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).
