Job Title Bilingual Recruiter Location Houston, TX Type Direct Hire Pay $70000 - $85000 / Year DOE Benefits This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Description Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to senior-level roles, from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, key job specifications, team needs, and hiring priorities Collaborate closely with hiring managers to build interview questions catered to each position based on specific criteria provided Develop and execute recruiting strategies optimizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications Coordinate and lead interview processes partnering with Sourcers, including scheduling and feedback collection Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP) and ensure compliance with hiring policies Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at career events or networking opportunities Mentor and support junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed Ensure candidates are dispositioned weekly, and letters are sent out on a weekly basis Effectively answer incoming candidate calls, routing to appropriate recruiters, and providing necessary feedback based on where the candidate is in the recruiting process Utilize tracking tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily recruitment activities Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations Partner with TA Supervisor and/or HR Manager to discuss potential offer details Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource or related field Must have at least 5 - 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Proven experience recruiting for senior, technical, or hard-to-fill roles Equal Opportunity Employer Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
