\nContract: 8 Weeks with possible extension
\n⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7.5-hour shifts
\nPay: $60 to $65/hr on W2
\n✅ Guaranteed 37.5 Hours Weekly
\n \nJob Summary:
\nThe EEO Investigator will support the Office of Legal Affairs by conducting internal investigations related to discrimination, harassment, and workplace complaints while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Conduct internal investigations involving workplace discrimination and harassment claims
\n• Interview complainants, witnesses, and involved parties
\n• Review and analyze documentation, evidence, and case details
\n• Prepare detailed investigative reports and recommendations
\n• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
\n• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout investigations
\n• Assist with special projects and legal support assignments as needed
\n• Travel to healthcare facilities across NYC when required
\n• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and leadership teams regarding case findings
\n \nRequirements:
\n• Bachelor’s Degree required
\n• JD preferred
\n• Minimum 4 years of EEO investigation experience required
\n• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws
\n• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
\n• Strong investigative and interviewing skills
\n• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or hospital environment
\n• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
