Job Title:Python and Java Developer
Location: McLean, VA - Need local candidates only Pay Range : 40-45/hr on w2 
Should work on Artech w2 Only Introduction

We are seeking talented full-stack developers to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining applications and engineering tools using Java, Python, and Angular. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both backend and frontend components and will be part of a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Proven experience in full-stack development.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining internal engineering tools.
• Ability to collaborate closely with local team members.
• Experience in both backend and frontend development with a 60% backend and 40% frontend split.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and internal engineering tools.
• Build backend services and contribute to frontend development using Angular.
• Collaborate closely with local team members and support ongoing development initiatives.
