As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll interact directly with customers, identify vehicle glass damage, explain service options, assist with the insurance claims process, and schedule appointments. As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of AGC Auto Glass and Car Care , connecting with customers, building relationships, and helping them find the right solution for their vehicle.

• Connect with customers through friendly, professional face-to-face interactions

• Introduce customers to our auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services

• Identify windshield chips, cracks, and other vehicle glass damage

• Clearly explain available services and help customers understand their options

• Answer questions and provide an exceptional customer experience

• Assist customers with the insurance claims process and help make it simple and stress-free

• Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments

• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience

• Help generate new customer opportunities through direct marketing, customer outreach, and relationship building

• Represent AGC Auto Glass and Car Care with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and performance goals
